Elena Dimitrova (El Di) is 35 years old. She has her own success story:

Her clients range from professional athletes/gymnasts, models, business executives even expecting moms…Her exclusive style of coaching, focusing on the balance of the body, exercises and unique movements inspired from ballet, gymnastics, winter sports, surfing… EL DI created a whole new approach in private coaching.

Her remarkable and ,at first sights,  impossible to achieve combinations, In Bulgaria – Titan Exclusive by Eldi (her first brand and Gym studio at same time) has became “the place to be” and “must-have ” for the young and older generations alike wanting a true transformation. SPORT and fitness are part of her DNA since early ages. Until she was 25, Elena held a manager’s position in the marketing and sales departments in two of the biggest fitness brands in her home country – Bulgaria, based in Sofia.

After that, she decided to turn her hobby into her full-time profession by creating her own company and boutique studio (gym) for private coaching. While building her business, she was actively participating in different trainings/seminars/ in Bulgaria, UK and Germany. She quickly gained fame in elite circles through group coaching in fitball, bosu, functional workouts, to name a few.

Straight after that success, Elena created an exclusive luxury studio in Sofia in 2015. For the next 5 years El Di became one of the most  famous female coaches in the capital, even in the whole country!

At the beginning of 2020, Elly moved to Geneva and continued providing her expertise in Switzerland gaining in no time clients across generations through her bespoke training and proven methods to achieve full body transformation!
